A little bit about me

Welcome to my page! Allow me to introduce myself...

I am a mum of 5 incredible young adults and teenagers, a wife, mother-in-love, daughter, sister, aunty and friend! I have had the honour and privilege to work as a teacher both in primary and high schools with the added bonus of working as a Careers Advisor for several years. I absolutely love the outdoors, I love pottering in my garden, hiking and running and I have had the opportunity to run ultra marathons along with both trail and road marathons. I also love to renovate, having completely renovated our last two family homes. Here’s what I have discovered about myself in and through all of these experiences… I love growth and I love people! I especially love encouraging people to be all that they have been created to be and to partner with them as they navigate life’s hurdles. That is why I have completed my studies as a Practitioner in Neurocoaching and I have become a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

There is no denying life has its many challenges and so often we get caught up in it all. Sadly we find ourselves losing hope and barely living, all too often we lose sight of our dreams. That’s where I’d love to work with you! I’d love to share the many tools that are available that can enable us to embrace life, even in the most difficult of circumstances.

If you are living without hope, feeling alone or lost, or if you know there is so much more to life than what you are currently experiencing please reach out!

I’d love to work with you xx

What is Coaching?

“Coaching is about relationships. It’s more than a conversation. The relationship between a coach and a coachee is really a partnership where we are co-creating possibilities — different kinds of solutions and outcomes that perhaps the coachee wouldn’t necessarily come up with on their own.” Jenn Wicks (PCC,ICF)

I will never forget my first interaction with a Life Coach.
My family and I had recently moved towns and schools and our five children were struggling.
I was experiencing many emotions within myself and desperately trying to support our children while my husband and I also adjusted to him working FIFO.
I was struggling… I was caught up in the immediate issues and we were barely surviving as a family let alone thriving.
Have coaching conversations and developing a partnership with a Life Coach in the midst of this season helped me to see what was in my control and helped me to refocus and work towards the future that we as a family desired.
I now love to partner with others to find clarity, to overcome barriers, to develop tools and awareness and to work towards their future. We do this through judgement free, confidential conversations.
If this sounds like something you would like to embrace, please reach out and we can schedule your complimentary session.
I would love to meet you and discover how I can partner with you.
